What Episcopalians Believe
Father Bob leads this popular four-week course on Sunday mornings a couple of times yearly. Everyone is invited to this refresher course on Episcopal history and beliefs.
Jewish/Christian Bible Study
Father Bob Goolsby and Rabbi Merrill Shapiro lead a fascinating study of the Bible at St. Thomas every Tuesday at 1 p.m. in room 104. Members of St. Thomas come together with Jewish friends for an in-depth study of Hebrew and Christian Scriptures. Rabbi Shapiro leads the study of Old Testament texts, and Father Bob discusses the upcoming Sunday's scripture readings. Rabbi Shapiro also shares insight into the ancient Jewish traditions that shaped the Christian texts. If you would like to participate via ZOOM invitation, contact the church office.
OTHER ADULT STUDIES
Throughout the year, Christian Book and Bible Studies are offered on Sunday mornings. During the Seasons of Advent and Lent, Wednesday evening studies with food and fellowship help us prepare for Christmas and Easter.
