SUNDAY AND WEEKDAY STUDIES FOR ALL AGES

INFANTS AND TODDLERS
Loving, trained, and qualified nursery child care is provided for children aged 0 - 3 during worship, education, and nearly all church activities. Greeters will assist you in locating the nursery. Those who'd like to keep their infants and toddlers close during worship, please know they are welcome in church.
CHILDREN'S SUNDAY SCHOOL
Kids aged 5 and up have Sunday School every Sunday at 9:15 a.m. In Sunday School, children hear and experience scripture in fun, developmentally appropriate ways.
St. Thomas Church provides a fun place for children and teens to experience worship, encouragement, fellowship, and service to others. Your young person will feel accepted and loved while participating in Sunday school, special events, and programs in a safe environment.
SUMMER CAMP
Beautiful Camp Weed has been a favorite part of summer for Episcopal children for over 80 years. Scholarships are available.
In addition to its annual summer camp, Camp Weed offers retreats and other youth programs on its 520 acres of unspoiled natural landscape.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Every summer, the children of St. Thomas invite their friends to join them for a fun VBS. Children enjoy crafts, snacks, and songs while they learn about Jesus.
ADULT BIBLE AND BOOK STUDIES
What Episcopalians Believe
Father Bob leads this popular four-week course on Sunday mornings a couple of times yearly. Everyone is invited to this refresher course on Episcopal history and beliefs.
Jewish/Christian Bible Study
September through May, Father Bob Goolsby and Rabbi Merrill Shapiro lead a fascinating study of the Bible at St. Thomas Tuesdays at 1 p.m. in room 104. Members of St. Thomas gather with Jewish friends for an in-depth study of Hebrew and Christian Scriptures. Rabbi Shapiro leads the study of Old Testament texts, and Father Bob discusses the upcoming Sunday's scripture readings. Rabbi Shapiro also shares insight into the ancient Jewish traditions that shaped the Christian texts. If you would like to participate via ZOOM invitation, contact the church office.
OTHER ADULT STUDIES
Throughout the year, Christian Book and Bible Studies are offered on Sunday mornings. During the Seasons of Advent and Lent, Wednesday evening studies with food and fellowship help us prepare for Christmas and Easter.
