Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self supporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety. Flagler AA Helpline: (386) 445-4357

Join us for a peaceful, all-levels, gentle yoga class designed to nurture body, mind, and spirit. This class is open to all ages, genders, and body types; perfect for anyone who can move on and off the floor comfortably.
In this Christ-centered practice, we’ll move through gentle stretches, breathwork, and mindful movement, all offered in a spirit of prayer and worship. Scripture, Christian themes, and moments of quiet reflection will be woven throughout our time together, creating a sacred space for spiritual connection and physical well-being.
On Thursdays at 7 p.m., bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and an open heart. You are welcome here whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat.
Suggested donation: $5-10. Proceeds support St. Thomas Episcopal Church. Contact Erin Commendatore to learn more. eecommendatore1@gmail.com
